If you terminate after 14 days, a termination fee of £55 + VAT per claim stage (max £165 + VAT) applies.

By making a claim with our company, it does not resolve your complaint quicker or with a better outcome than if you claimed yourselves. You are not required to use our services to pursue your claim; you can make a claim yourself for free via the Lender or the Financial Ombudsman Service / Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
